Jan 1, 2009. I spent the whole day with my film director brother - and his RED ONE camera - interviewing our grandfather about family history and his life growing up during the Great Depression, being stationed in Papua New Guinea during WWII, returning to start a business and hand it over to a son (my dad), fighting the state of GA to establish public beaches, raising 5 kids, the world and change over the past 93 years. best jan 1 ever.
